People use counselling and therapy to understand, address and heal a wide range of issues, for example: anxiety and panic attacks, depression, eating disorders, loss and bereavement, identity and relationship concerns, childhood trauma and post-traumatic stress disorder.
Research has shown that the most important factor in achieving your goals is feeling comfortable with your therapist, and this is why I offer a half-hour introductory session for £10 during which clients can decide whether to work with me.
TA therapy is offered weekly/fortnightly and is practised individually and in groups. I have some provision for reduced fees within my practice.
An initial exploratory session costs £10 for half-an-hour. Subsequent individual sessions are £40 per hour; group sessions are £10 per hour.
